While working in a Mexican restaurant in 2006, he met Ben Fordham, who had fallen in love with real Mexican food when he lived in Texas. They had the same dream of bringing great Mexican food to London and in 2008, Benito’s Hat was born.

Awesome recipes!

I got this book as a gift and I think it's great! The fresh salsas, drinks, and desserts are great for parties. The chipotle chicken tacos are fantastic and easy to make. It's also nice to have vegetarian options. Awesome gift idea for anyone who loves Mexican food.
